Setting not far from restaurants and the metro and tram 22 and the airport. Big and well-appointed room, large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had amazing views. The kitchen and laundry facilities were fantastic. Entry into the apartment was secure, with a lift and security cameras for added safety.

Felt special, nothing to complain about.

Broken light in the bathroom.

I got great value for my money at Residence Karolina in Prague. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from lively Narodni Street and close to the river and bridges. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the stay even better was if the breakfast offerings included a wider variety of options.

As adventure travelers, we loved the spacious and fully equipped apartments at Residence Karolina. The amenities like the laundry machine and dishwasher were a great convenience. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Residence Karolina in Prague for 4 nights and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, arranging airport pick-up and even surprising me with a birthday cake. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a great location within walking distance to many attractions. The area was elegant and there were plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby. The complimentary coffee, tea, and other amenities added a nice touch to my stay. I highly recommend Residence Karolina for their excellent hospitality and services.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and near to most of the attractions. It is also conveniently located near a small market where you can buy everything you need, even at late hours. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities. The staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could improve on their maintenance and cleanliness, as some broken items were spotted in the rooms.

Excellent amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Convenient location with local attractions and tram station nearby. Great value for money. The TV provided great picture quality and there was even a walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment building, located in the old part of town, was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best we have come across, fully modernized with everything you could require, including pot/ saucepan mittens & paper towels. The bed was comfortable and there was a washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom. The open plan lounge room with kitchen & dining area was very comfortable, with clos off doors to the entry and 2nd bedroom. Instructions were left for all appliances. There was also a supermarket located just a 6-minute walk away. The staff was very accommodating, even going so far as to make our bed to our liking, sleeping in between two sheets.

Felt very happy, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and a comfortable bed with soft pillows. The staff were very helpful and promptly provided extra towels and a blanket when requested.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.
